As a California realtor, I was looking to invest out of state. I was introduced to Fran during a California transaction to purchase in her home state in Missouri. The purchase went awesome and when we were ready to sell, we had a ridiculously smooth transaction! Fran is very attentive and a master of her craft! We interviewed a few different real estate agents and found Fran to be the best qualified to list and sell our home. Her years of experience and qualifications appeared throughout the whole process from the first phone call to the day of closing. She is professional, responsive and detailed oriented. We would definitely hire her again to be our real estate agent!

Fran is absolutly amazing. I tried multiple different agent to help me purchase a home from my mother in law for over a year and a half and every agent had problem with the purchase that they did not know how to fix. After being completely exhausted with the process and starting to think it was impossible to get done i finally called Fran. As soon as I told her my situation she immediatly had a solution. What other realtor could not get done in a year and a half Fran got done in under 30 day with better results and a lower mortgage than all the other realtors I had dealt with said Id have. Fran always answered the phone whenever I called and answer all of my sometimes Im sure were ridiculous questions and concerns quickly and happily. Fran was a angel sent from heaven to help me and my family and I would reccomend anyone other than Fran to all my friends family and even complete strangers there is no one better. Thank You So Much Fran!!!

My wife and I are so lucky to have Mrs. Fran to be our agent. She is so so professional. She is very knowledgeable and so responsible with the job. We live in Oregon and have her listing the house in Lucern Valley. She helps us take care of everything from beginning to the end. We got our house sold quickly. I would strongly recommended!

Fran fox is awesome and the most straight up person I have ever met and she’s not in it for the check but to help you find the house you love !!! She had helped me Purchase our first home and it being our first home we didn’t know what we wanted but Fran would meet us anywhere at anytime Whether it was in the mountains or in the flatlands Multiple times she was there to help us make the right decision and found us the perfect home thank you for everything Fran !!!

Mrs. Fox was very delightful to work with, She knows her contracts, very straightforward, very on point, very knowledgeable of the area and loans products available, and very willing to guide me through the home buying process. By far one of the best Realtors I've ever worked with. Very quick to responses, Hard worker and doesn't let anything slip by. I acquired her as my listing agent and within hours my home was already on the market and offers were rolling in. I believe she is the best Realtor in the High Desert. Fran has been the absolute best. During our time with her she has handled everything accordingly and has always been on top of everything and has always gone above and beyond to help us and please us. Fran will continue to be our realtor in case we decide to sell one day. She was voted the best in the high desert for a reason and she sure showed us that reason.
